Neo-Percodan is a mild narcotic pain med. It contains 500 mg acetaminophen and 65 mg propoxyphene. It's maybe a little stronger than Darvocet-N 50.

It is not marketed in the US but is commonly sold in Mexico.

If you found a tablet, could you please describe it for me? There seem to be two different descriptions for Neo-Percodan. One is a white round scored tablet with a small NP above the score. The other description I've seen is white with small brown (?) flecks and NP. I'd appreciate a complete description if possible.

Thanks.

I have some that have a small NP above the score on a round white tablet.

I have also read where these do NOT contain Oxycodone. Is that correct?
