found a white oblong pill in kids room with93 on one side and 58 on the other said his buddy gave it to him

The pill is 50 mg tramadol (generic Ultram), an analgesic.

wondering if i should get these filled...50 mg ultram.....i take 500 mg...vicodans....are they gonna do anything for me?
