need help(please)/found these two pills

Default need help(please)/found these two pills
first one is white/kinda oblong says watson on one side and 686/10 on the other side. and the other is round and the color is kinda orangish/tan and has the letters GG and under it the numbers 288. have tried the pill id site and had no luck. would appreciate any help.
