Default Need help on Pill I.D.

I found 3 different types of pills in my home, I have a teenager living here as well as an infant. I want to know what they are so I know if I have any worries about where they may be coming from.
The first one is oval, yellow and white, and it is marked "Adams" on the yellow side and "600" on the white side.
The second one is oval, pink, and is marked "R" on one side and "193" on the othere side.
The third one is oval, kind of thick, tan or sandy/grain in color, and it's only marking is a split in the middle on one side. It also has a slight odor to it.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and helping me out with this.
Phillip.

Yellow/white Adams 600 is Mucinex DM
R 193 is 60mg Fexofenadine (generic Allegra)
The third one can't be ID'd since it lacks an imprint, it's not an OTC or Rx drug, prob a vitamin or something.
