Default "Mano 5" black + green capsule

Hi,
I have some pills that I need identified. They are half black, half green, with the words "Mano 5" on them (Mano is on the black side, 5 on the green side)

Here's a picture I took of it:

Any ideas what this might be? I have had them in my medicine cabinet for too long... need to figure out what they are or throw them away.

Thanks!
