Default M 15 on one side, blank on other

these are extremely small, round, white tabs that have no scoring on them. Only a capital M over 15 on one side, nothing on the other....

I'm thinking some strength of loperimide?

Thanks for any verification...

M 15 is Diphenoxylate HCl and Atropine Sulfate, (Lomotil) helps to control diarrhea
