Oops - the header says Westward 3142 and the message says Westward 3147. There does not appear to be a pill with imprint Westward 3147. Westward 3142 did match your description.

This pill is DOXYCYCLINE HYCLATE 100 MG
Doxycycline is an antibiotic.
Generic for: Vibramycin
Imprint Code West- ward / 3142
Description blue capsule
