the smaller of the 2 numbers (either 5, 7.5 or 10) refers to the mg of hydrocodone. The larger number (350, 500 650, 660, etc) refers to the mg of apap (tylenol) in the pill. Remember that tylenol is harmful on the liver in large doses.
