its not as strong as a lortab lortab is double the strenght ive never seen a 5-325 lortab yet but they do come out with new stuff eveyday its a super tylenol it aint nothin but it is very addicting its a vicodine hydrocodone 500mg 325mg acetaminophen try more everything an than u got lortab like a whole nother pill
