it is a rectanguar shaped pill with the number 347 on it

This is Naproxen Sodium 375mgs, a generic for Naprosyn.

Oblong blue tablet imprinted 347 is acetaminophen 500 mg and diphenhydramine 25 mg (generic Tylenol PM).
