Default Little white round tablet, imprint: O-M / 180

I could use a hand identifying a pill (it could be OTC or prescription...not sure which).

It's a small white round tablet. It is imprinted with: O-M (or possibly W-O) on one side, and 180 on the other.

    Thanks in advance!

    That's right.
This is a birth control pill from an Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo package.

Each of the white tablets contains 0.180 mg of the progestational compound, norgestimate, together with 0.025 mg of the estrogenic compound, ethinyl estradiol.

The white tablets are unscored, with "O-M" and "180" debossed on each side.
