Default little oval yellow GG 335 on one side 100 on other

little oval yellow GG 335 on one side 100 on other.
found in new home so im kind of curious i couldent find anything anywere this is my only hope. my ant was here and has a verry rare and severe disease and if it is one of hers then i will return but i dont want to call and ask her for if it isnot one of hers she will cause a big scene. she is a verry oldschool sturn person. thank you verry much for any help.

This is a Levothyroxine, 0.1 mg tab
What are levothyroxine tablets? LEVOTHYROXINE (Levothroid®, Levoxyl®, Levo-T®, Synthroid®, Unithroid®, and others) acts as a replacement for people whose thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormone.
