The only one I know of is this one:

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

This pill is CLONIDINE 0.2 MG
    Imprint Code R (Purepac logo) / 128
    Description orange, round, scored tablet
You will find an image searching for Clonidine at
    http://www.drugs.com/image_search.html

only thing is is that the R and the 128 are on one side and the bisect is on the other. Possibly it's the same thing, just different manufacturer?

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.

Correction: I was looking at the photo for the R 127. Sorry.

I guess I was a little confusing.... it's definitely CLONIDINE

I was only saying to ignore the part that said, "... only thing is is that the R and the 128 are on one side and the bisect is on the other. Possibly it's the same thing, just different manufacturer?"

I am a medical assistant, and I actually get these prescribed to me. They're Clonidine .2mg tablets. I am prescribed them for my anxiety, but they're usually prescribed as a form of blood pressure medication. I hope this information helps.

Pill imprint 128 R has been identified as Clonidine hydrochloride 0.2 mg.

Clonidine is used in the treatment of pain; adhd; anxiety; high blood pressure; opiate withdrawal (and more), and belongs to the drug class antiadrenergic agents, centrally acting. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.

Clonidine 0.2 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
