Default little blue pill?
I found a small blue pill while moving into my new home. It is a very small round, light blue pill. The markings on the pill are...on the top half is a capital R then a slash and on the bottom are the numbers 215. Please help me identify this pill. I have small children and pets in the house and hope this is not a dangerous pill. Thank You.

I believe this is a 30mg oxy or roxycodone...DEF. keep away from children!

A 215 is 30mg Oxy IR like Dave said, I don't think there's a R 215
