Default Liquid, Acetaminophen/cod elix. WHAT IS IT??

The bottle is a prescription bottle with Acetaminophen/cod Elix on it. It says "take 2-3 teaspoons every 6hrs." Is this tylenol with codiene? Its prescribed to a member of my family and I just wanted to know if its like vicodin and since this person is about 350lbs is the dose for their body?
How does this med compare to vicodin if its a painkiller.. is it more like just tylenol or is it like vicodin? (will it DO anything to me)

Yes to your questions, yes it is weaker. It would be wrong for you to take a family members medicine. Knowing a little of your history, you'd need to drink the whole bottle, that's asking for liver problems. Forget about it.

I've had it prescribed to myself on occasion for bronchitis, codeine suppresses the cough.
Trust me, cat's meow is right, unless you drink the whole bottle you won't feel anything.
It's someone else's medication, and if you take it that means they don't have any when they need it - then what do they tell the doc?
Not a good situation for anyone.

I read some of your posts from earlier today, and I know it's a very tough time for you right now (I've been through the same), but stay strong, this too shall pass.

Runs, yes it has codeine and no it's not similar to vicodin.

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.
