it sounds like vicodin. which is an addictive pain medication. I typed in m361 in yahoo search and this is one that came up: try searching images if you remember what the pill looks like. 7.5's are very strong

It is not a 7.5 it is a hydrocodone 10

The pill contains
Hydrocodone Bitartrate 10 mg and Acetaminophen 650 mg
