Default L484

I saw this on another post. Except I have one that has blue specks in it. Its same white oblong slender type pill with blue specks and L484 on one side.
Is the basically Tylenol that you buy over the counter?

In the US L484 is extra-strength generic Tylenol (500 mg acetaminophen). It's described as a white caplet.

Maybe where you live L484 is something entirely different?
