Default K10, oblong, white - any idea?

Found on my uncle's counter (he's recovering from an auto accident) and he says he knows they're for pain, but doesn't know what they are. Any ideas???

These are: 500mg Acetaminophen Tablets

ACETAMINOPHEN (Tylenol(R), Panadol(R), Feverall(R) and many others) is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. It is the preferred treatment for patients with aspirin allergy, ulcers, or clotting (bleeding) disorders.
