Default K10

I have a thin white oblong pill with K10 on one side and nothing on the other side, can someone tell me about this pill and what it is for and the strength?

Oblong white tablet imprinted K 10 is 500 mg acetaminophen. The K should have an arrow on the upper right arm of the K. For the record, the same imprint is used on a round white tablet.
