Default Imprint not in any database....

I found this pill packing in my glove box the packing has a plastic front (see pill through) and a foil back to push pill through... seems like your typical boxed over the counter drug of some kind but there are NO markings on the packing and the pill has an imprint of SCF on both sides and is a bluegreen Oblong pill... kinda thick as well... i have searched everywhere and found nothing! can anyone help me :0) thanks!

if anyone comes across this oblong blue green pill with SCF on both sides, I found out today that it's a Severe cold and flu medicine with acetaminophen… basically used for severe allergies (antihistamine) or for Flu relief….
