Default identifying pills
I found these pills in our bathroom, but I don't know what they are. I belive they belong to my husbands cousin who was staying with us, but I don't want to ask just in case it's something personal. The pills are round, white, have an X on one side and on the other it looks sort of like an E over a 44.

E 44 is 4mg Tizanidine (Zanaflex), a muscle relaxant
