Default Identify pills
I have a small round pink pill with the letter "L" printed in black on one side,does anyone know what it is?

Also a larger orange pill with 44 printed over 227 on one side of the pill.

Any help is appreciated.

Round orange tablet imprinted 44 over 227 is enteric-coated aspirin 325 mg.
