Default ID - white oval with PT20

The pill I am trying to identify is a white rather large oval shaped pill with PT20 on the top and a little design on the back that looks kinda like a light bulb with a border around it.. It is taken two times a day with food for a rash....perhaps an antihistamine?

Thank you to anyone who takes the time to help me ID these.
