Default ID A PILL

White caplet type pill with the letter V on one side and the #'S 3592 on the other side...I have to take a lot of medication due to Crohns disease and chronic pain...I was looking thru some old medicines I had and found this caplet, but I do not remember ever taking a pill like this...can someone tell me what this is? Thanks
