Default I need to know what these pills are

I found three different pills at my Grandmothers house who is a cancer patient. I asked her if she knew what they were and she said no! I really need to find out what they are before I let her take them! One is a little Purple pill with Mylan on one side and 442 on the other side, one is a little round orange pill with Mylan on one side and 574 on the other side, the last one is a very little round, pink pill with nothing on one side and some kind of logo and 598 on the other side! Thank-you!

All three pills are perphenazine and amitriptyline combinations used to treat depression associated with agitation.

Mylan 442 is perphenazine 2 mg, amitriptyline 25 mg

Mylan 574 is perphenazine 4 mg, amitriptyline 25 mg

SP (Schering Plough logo) is perphenazine 2 mg, amitriptyline 25 mg. This is the brand name drug called Etrafon 2-25. Etrafon has been discontinued.
