I know what pill but what size

I have found the pill I'm looking for and there is a good clear picture.

BUT, I can't find an accurate size (how many mm x mm)
Attempts to swallow large pills cause me to choke.

Can anyone direct me to a size chart or whatever?
Then I can inform my doctor and see if there is another that will work.
