Default I found a pill in my stepson's bedroom...Help!!!

My stepson is strange at times. He is nineteen and is very private. He has his own apartment over our house. We found 2 pills in his room. white, with green specs, with GPI/S1 on the front. Please help with the identification of it.

The pill you have found is called MEDICIDIN-D (which contains chlorpheniramine 2 mg, phenylephrine 5 mg and acetaminophen 325 mg)
Imprint Code GPI S1
Description: white (mottled with green), round, scored tablet.
It is an over-the-counter product used to treat the symptoms of colds and flu etc.
