Default I found A pill

I found a pill or should I say my 4 yrs old found on my floor a oval white pill and the only markings on it is either H L or H 1 and dont have a clue where it came from I'm very worried that she may have found more pls help me with this

I find an H1. Which is a 275mg Naproxen Sodium Tablet. It indicates that it's no longer marketed in the U.S. This drug is an anti-imflammatory drug similar to Acetaminophen. It has analgesic (pain reliever), and antipyretic (fever reducer) properties.
