Question HELP,what is this:OTCounter,white,oblongish shaped pill(prob. for stomach/digestion)

I have an over the counter, white, narrow oblong-ish shaped, pill.
I'm not sure what it is... or what it's called.
I think it has to do with digestion or your stomach or something.

The markings on it look like "L l l 3" but I think it migh say L113....?

If anyone could help me, I'd appreciate it a lot!!!!!!!

Thanks!
Christina
