they look like a rounded triangle, have a diagonal score with PRO above it and 500 below. i've tried all the pill identifiers that people have mentioned in other posts but i can't seem to find this.

i am told they are pain pills and they were given to me to help with leg and back pain after a bad fall on the way to work this morning. i'd like to know what htey are before i even consider taking them even though they came from a coworker.
