Cleaning son's room; came accross following---- round pills w/10 on one side and a scoring mark in the middle on the other w/F on one side of it and L on the other. Also found; oblong, no writing on one side w/ COP116 on the other (or may be COF116). Just very concerned.[?]

The first pill you have described sounds like Lexapro 10 mg.
