I have a pink oval shaped pill - one side stamped TYME other side stamped 500 - anyone know what it might be?

please help me - I had surgery on my mouth the other day and a friend of mine gave it to me and I just want to know if it's some kind of pain reliever?? Even if it's a tylenol - I don't care - I just wanna know if it's something that will help
