I have a few pills that I need identified. One of them is a small yellow pill with the words WEST WORD on it and 248 and nothing on the other side. I also havea oval white pill that reads 20 on one side and it has like a diamond on the other side. One more- I have a oval blue pill with 928/7.5 on one side and a b on the other. please if anyone knows what these are please tell me.

The oval white pill with the diamond is 20 mg Bextra (valdecoxib), a drug that treats arthritis pain and inflammation.

Oval blue scored tablet imprinted B (lowercase hexagonal B) on one side and 928|7 1/2 on the other side is 7.5 mg Trexall (methotrexate), a chemotherapy drug that is used to treat certain kinds of cancer and some other diseases.
