P 542 might be 220 mg naproxen sodium sold over the counter. That's all I can find, and I can't confirm the information.

5991 5872 is 25 mg promethazine, an antihistamine commonly used for nausea and motion sickness.

93-490 is 100 mg propoxyphene napsylate and 650 mg acetaminophen - generic Darvocet-N 100, a narcotic analgesic.

VP with the Knoll triangle is Vicoprofen containing 7.5 mg hydrocodone and 200 mg ibuprofen. Vicoprofen is a narcotic analgesic.
