Default HELP!! Identify yellow oval pill script: Watson

I found a pill in my medicine cabnit and I am unsure what it is or where it came from. Please help me since I have been unsuccessful in all my searches. The pill is a light yellow color, oval in shape, and has the words WATSON 853, and a line splitting it in half.
