Looks crudely made, is it from Mexico? Or it could very well be MDMA. NEO isn't hitting on my searches.

It's from Hong Kong from a chain pharmacy. Is the marking "NEO" or is it "03N" ? It's somewhat small by the way.

Or O3U. it almost doesn't look like an N, but 3's are more rounded then E's. Thanks for telling us it's from Hong Kong, that helps rule out MDMA, chain pharmacy, so it's probably OTC something or another, the bad thing is foreign imprints are extremely difficult to ID, there's no good database on them. Sorry.
