Default Help 650 W.O oblong yellow, small red 1-2

Yellow oblong pill, 650 on one side W.O on the other. Small round red pill I-2 on one side blank on the other. Any help finding what these pills are would be greatly appreciated.

    I believe that's O M 650 and it's: ACETAMINOPHEN; TRAMADOL 325 mg / 37.5 mg

ACETAMINOPHEN; TRAMADOL (Ultracet(R)) is a combination analgesic that is used to relieve moderate, acute pain such as pain following surgical procedures, including dental surgery. Acetaminophen; tramadol may be used for other types of pain as determined by your health care provider.

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.

    I-2

Ibuprofen Caplets 200 mg (Generic Advil)

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.
