I found some little orange pills with 60 on top, and the letter "M" in a square on the other. what do these pills do?

When you say 60 on top. On top of what?
Morphine

Did you look at the photo in the link?
I thought for a second when you said top that you meant 'on top of a score' or something similar. But what you really meant was the 'front' or 'back'
