Default HAW score 241 What is it?

Please help! I found this pill in my son's room. It is oblong, white and has HAW score 241. Anyone know what this is?

What are Guaifenesin; Phenylephrine extended-release capsules?
GUAIFENESIN-PHENYLEPHRINE (Deconsal®, Entex® ER, Guaifed®, Guaifed-PD® and others) is a combination product used to decrease congestion and help with cough symptoms. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that decreases nasal or sinus congestion (stuffiness). Guaifenesin is an expectorant that loosens phlegm or mucus.
