Half of a pill found...

My fiance works at a large car dealership, and from time to time his car is used as a loaner car for a few hours. Today that happened, and when he got his car back he found half of a small white round pill. One side is completely blank and I can make out on the other is a 5 on top of 07. I know this is kind of vague. I asked a few other nurses on my floor today, and no one knew.
