Collins is a Mexican pharmaceutical manufacturer. http://www.collins.com.mx/

I think it's one of two pills - either 50 mg tramadol (Veldrol) or 20 mg fluoxetine (Flocet).

There should be an imprint of a bird with the word "Collins."

Both drugs are green and yellow capsules with Collins and the logo, but it's very possible Collins makes other green and yellow capsules with identical imprints.

The company has a website with telephone contact info, but the site is not working today.

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.
