small white pill with 54 on top and 142 on bottom. I had methadone 10 mg before and it was much larger. (by the way....don't get mixed up with this drug unless there is no other way ...I was in a severe car accidet (rolled my jeep grand cherokee 2 or 3 times and broke a vertebra in my back)
