Unhappy found white oblong pills with the number 44 445
i found 4 white oblong pills with the markings 44 445 can anyone identify them please? need help

It's an OTC Allergy/Sinus med. Acetaminophen 325mg; Phenylephrine 5mg (some kind of new replacement for sudafed. Not sure of the name. Hope I helped. I do believe your number is 44-455, not 44-445. Let me know. Mike VG
