Default Found Two Pills. Need help !!!!!

The first pill is a small round peach pill with the imprint code of "Watson 499" the second pill is a grenish oval shaped pill with the code "L438" Could anyone help me?!!!

The round, beige pill with imprint WATSON 499 is
Doxycycline Hyclate Tab 100 MG
Doxycycline is an antibiotic.

The light green, oblong pill with imprint L438 is
Pseudoephedrine 30 mg with Acetaminophen 500 mg
Acetaminophen and pseudoephedrine is used to treat nasal congestion, headache, fever, and other symptoms associated with allergies, hay fever, and the common cold.
