Default Found Pills please identify for me

one says APO 025 and is round and white, other is long white has an upside down triangle over a P on one side and 014 on the other

APO 25 is 150mg Ranitidine

RANITIDINE (Zantac®) is a type of antihistamine that blocks the release of stomach acid. Ranitidine is used to treat gastric and duodenal ulcers.

P 014 is 500mg Acetaminophen, generic Tylenol
