Default Found a little white pill 237 and A

I am a father and I found a little white pill with "237" imprinted on one side and the letter "A" on the other. If anyone could tell me what that might be I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank You
    Concerned Father

Round white tablet imprinted A on one side and 237 on the other side is atropine sulfate 0.025 mg and diphenoxylate 2.5 mg - generic Lomotil. The medication is used to treat diarrhea.
