Default Found blue oblong pill with V on one side

I found a light blue oblong pill with v on one side and 53 12 with a break mark in between the 53 & 12 also a sm white round pill with 54 above 262 below it. i've very concerned what these may be, i found them in my son's pants pocket. please help if you can

This pill could be Guaibid LA (guaifenesin Tab CR 600 mg) by VINTAGE PHARMACEUTICALS
Impint V / 53 12
The pill is described as light green, oblong and scored.

sm white round pill with 54 above 262 below it
This one is more of a worry...

This pill is Morphine Sulfate 30 mg by ROXANE
Imprint 54 262 , white, round, scored.
There is an image on the roxane.com website
