Darvocet, Propoxyphene simular to Codeine? ASAP Ha

I have a pink pill with a boxed M on one side, and 1772 on the other. I know this is Darvocet and has Propoxyphene in it. I read that Propoxyphene is simular to codeine, but does it have the same effect? Also, what mg is this pill?

This is a generic Darvocet, Acetaminophen 650mgs, Propoxyphene 100mgs.

By the way, it is a narcotic, but not the same as codeine, much milder.

I just had to look this up myself for my wife's parents. This is "Darvocet" with a dosage of Propoxyphene ("Darvon") 100 mg plus Acetaminophen ("Tylenol") 650 mg, manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals.
