    Default CPC 546, white round

Found three pills in a baggie, in my bathroom vanity. Neither my wife or I can identify them.

They are white, round, and approx 200 - 250mgs. each.
They are blank on one side, and divided on the other. On top of the division line it says "CPC", on the bottom it reads "546."

    Thank you in advance!

It's actually closer to 500 mg...

This is Acetaminophen (APAP) 500 mg
    Generic Tylenol ES

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.

    Thank you.

YEs, it is more like 500mg. I was comparing it to a 600Mg oblong pill, and it looked substantially smaller. When compared to a 250mg round pill, it's clear that it is 500mg.

How sure are you that it's Acetaminophen?

Rawoody is 100% correct. As Rawoody said, CPC 546 is 500 mg acetaminophen (extra-strength Tylenol).
