I recently had my Rx refilled with a pill bearing the following markings:

WW
176
The manufacturer/distributor was noted as: Vision Pharm

Does anyone know the the manufacturer, source and country of origin?

It is not listed under Pill Identifier.

You might want to visit Vision Pharm @ visionpharm.com and check out what you see. I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but there's something a little shady going on here. Maybe some other members can check it out for you as well, and give you their opinion. Where did you get this prescription filled?

WW 176 is made by Westward Pharmaceuticals. They are a US based company.

The Rx was filled by a WalMart pharmacy.

Web site for West-Ward Pharmaceutical Corp./USA lists a Home Page for "AmeriStat Pharmaceuticals, Inc." that states "We are a distributor for West-Ward Pharmaceuticals, we are not the manufacturer."

Carisoprodol is listed with the product description: WW 176

The pills in my refill were NOT scored.

I intend to pursue this as it is my hunch that the pills are made in a foreign country and distributed here.
